Project Manager and/or Project Engineer records grievance in a log book, and tracks the resolution of each grievance i.e. resolved or referred to Stage 2.

Stage 2: If the affected person is not satisfied with the reply in Stage 1, he/she can appeal to the Ngeremlengui State Government, Administrative Officer, after receiving the reply in Stage 1 and State government must give a clear reply within 2 weeks.

Administrative Officer records grievance in a log book, and tracks the resolution of each grievance i.e. resolved or referred to Stage 3.

Stage 3: If the affected person is still not satisfied with the reply of state government, he can appeal to the BSCC Board of Directors. BSCC, through the PMU, must report to the ADB project officer as soon as the complaint is recorded, by submitting relevant documents. BSCC, the Implementing Agency, must prepare a clear reply in consultation with the EQPB (if applicable), and give it to the affected person within 30 days.
