The Belau Submarine Cable Corporation is a state-owned public corporation that will procure, own and manage a submarine fiber optic cable for the Republic of Palau.

The Belau Submarine Cable Corporation (BSCC) was established in 2016 to deliver state-of-the-art wholesale broadband internet services to the people of Palau. With the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the project entails construction of a low latency submarine fiber optic cable linking Palau to a branching unit on the SEA-US submarine cable system. SEA-US provides connectivity between mainland USA (via Guam and Hawaii) and the Philippines and Indonesia. BSCCnet provides a link between Ngeremlengui in Palau and Piti in Guam, for onward interconnection to global networks.
