The Belau Submarine Cable Corporation is a state-owned public corporation that will procure, own and manage a submarine fiber optic cable for the Republic of Palau

The Belau Submarine Cable Corporation (BSCC) has been established to deliver state-of-the-art wholesale broadband internet services to the people of Palau. With the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), this project entails construction of a low latency submarine fiber optic cable linking Palau to a branching unit on the SEA-US submarine cable system, which is being built in tandem and will provide connectivity via the USA (Guam, Hawaii and California) and the Philippines.

The approximately $20 million project is scheduled for completion in December 2017.
