In 2023 the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) launched a process to identify, certify and recognize quality sustainable infrastructure projects across the globe, the Blue Dot Network. BSCC’s second Palau cable project (PC2) was selected as a pilot project for this initiative. In 2025 PC2 was honored to be certified as one of the first four Blue Dot Network projects.
